CCT convicts Orubebe of false assets declaration

The Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT, sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, found a former Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Mr. Godsday Orubebe‎, guilty of the allegation that he falsely declared his assets in 2007. The tribunal, in a judgement delivered by its chairman, Justice Danladi Umar, held that Orubebe failed to declare a property at Plot 2057 Asokoro District, Abuja, as his. The tribunal also ordered that the property be forfeited to the Federal Government.
